This Tapobhoomi mandir is said to have been in the name of Shirdi Sai who first visited this place before entering Shirdi. It is also believed that Shri Sai Maharaj spent lot of time in Meditation or Tapas here.

The photograph of the Mataji and her Guru in the premises of the temple

The main temple/mandir place which is being worshipped even today by only virgins / kanyaas

Most unique picture. The posture of Lord Ganesh is self born on this holy tree and it can be seen in the Mandir well protected.

Lot of information can be read from the photograph taken and placed in the blog. This information is displayed in the temple premises and as such it is first hand and authentic information about the temple. This place is around 10 km away from Shirdi mandir

This is a most important temple around 30 km from Shirdi

These hills are seen on the way to an ancient temple around 30 km from Shirdi and ancient construction is seen even now. This hill looks like a Sri Yantra and it is unique

information about the sorroundings of Shirdi

Most of us visit religiously Holy Place Shirdi and after taking the darshan of Shri Sai Baba we return back. Sometimes we spend two and more too in Shirdi but seldom take an opportunity of gaining information about the sorroundings of Shirdi. There are a few excellent places worth visiting and such information - to the best of our knowledge is placed in this blog after visiting them and verifying the facts thereon. Hence a visitor to this blog may take an opportunity of visiting these places as and when time permits. This blog was however created immediately after visiting the places but due to some reasons postings could not made for over one and a half year or so as such some events skipped from memory and some information with regard to actual distance too.
